- AI dashboard
A dashboard that combines business metrics with AI-supported summaries or questions. Its calculations and summaries should be checked against the underlying data.
AI Dashboards- AI summary
A plain-English explanation generated from selected information. It should refer to the same filters, dates, and sources as the numbers it describes.
AI Dashboards- Approved playbook
A set of business-reviewed instructions and source material for preparing customer answers or workflow drafts. It defines supported topics, boundaries, and when a person steps in.
Customer Desk- Ask Your Data assistant
A chat assistant that answers supported questions about company data and identifies the tables used. Access, metric definitions, and unsupported questions are addressed during scoping.
Ask Your Data- BI modernization
Rebuilding an existing business intelligence report for a clearer, more useful experience while preserving agreed metric definitions. Connectricians includes this work within AI Dashboards.
AI Dashboards- Buying signal
An observed event or change that may make an account worth researching. It is evidence to review, not proof that a company intends to buy.
Signal Desk- Customer portal
A signed-in space where customers can access permitted answers, documents, and updates. Its access rules should separate one customer's records from another's.
Customer Desk- GTMarc™ Blueprint
Connectricians' discovery step for aligning a build with your business needs, including a clickable prototype. Its $2,500 credit toward the build expires 45 days from delivery.
Pricing- Human approval
A person's explicit review and authorization before an action proceeds. At Connectricians, customer-facing actions and changes to a system of record wait for a person on your team to approve them.
Data & Trust- Number matching (reconciliation)
Comparing a rebuilt report's numbers with the original under matching filters and definitions. Differences are investigated before the new report goes live.
AI Dashboards- Ranked contact list
A list ordered by agreed criteria to help a team decide who to contact next. Each ranking should include its supporting reason and source.
Signal Desk- Read-only service account
An account used by a tool with permission to read agreed data but not change it. Its permissions should be limited to the records and fields the tool needs.
Data & Trust- Row-level security
Access rules that limit which records a user or service can read or change. These rules need testing with different users, including requests that should be denied.
Data & Trust- Semantic layer
Shared definitions of business metrics and relationships between data sources. It helps different reports and assistants interpret the same question consistently.
