Security

# Your environment or ours. Your call.

Connectricians builds tools in your environment or ours, with hosting and access agreed during scoping. Sensitive fields are masked, your data is never used to train AI models, and a person approves customer-facing actions and system changes. These commitments cover your build; website forms and Scan inputs are handled separately.

## Can run inside your environment or ours

Builds can run in your environment, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or your AWS, Azure, or GCP account, or in ours if you prefer.

## Read-only access, with your permissions

Read-only access to your data, using the permissions you already have.

## Sensitive fields are masked

Sensitive fields are masked. The AI only sees what it needs.

## Your data is never used to train AI models

Your data is never used to train AI models.

## A person approves what goes out

Anything headed to a customer, or any change to a system of record, waits for a person on your team to approve it first. You decide who approves what.

## Every conversion is checked number by number

Every dashboard conversion is checked number by number against the original before it goes live.

Getting started

## What we ask for

- A read-only service account
- A named contact for access approvals

Website submissions

## Share the problem, not private data.

Contact forms store the information you submit. The Opportunity Scan uses your description and public website text to generate ideas.

Do not submit passwords, personal records, or confidential customer data through these forms.
