# Quotes, invoices & documentation, drafted in minutes - not next Monday.

From estimates and RFP responses to invoices and onboarding packets, Ops Desk drafts the documents your business runs on from the data you already have. A person on your team approves, edits, or rejects every draft before anything goes out.

Where the time goes

## You know how your business runs. Let's decide what runs itself.

HRAccountingSalesOperationsAdmin

HR has onboarding packets. Accounting has invoices to send and payments to chase. Sales has quotes and follow-ups. Operations has orders, schedules and forms. Admin has agreements, notices and policies. None of it is optional. It's the work that keeps everything moving.

You already know where the patterns are: which tasks repeat, which ones need judgment, and which ones never get done on time. That knowledge is the blueprint.

> Getting leaner isn't about doing less.
>
> It's letting a system carry what's repeatable while your people keep their finger on the pulse: approving, deciding and building relationships.

### Getting paid: one job, start to finish.

The same pattern runs under every Ops Desk workflow. Something happens in your business, Ops Desk drafts the response from your own records, and a person on your team decides what goes out.

Ops Desk FAQ

## Common questions.

### Does anything go out without a person approving it?

No. Anything headed to a customer, and any change to a system of record, waits for a person on your team. You decide who approves what.

### We're not a construction company. Does this apply to us?

Yes. The demo uses a construction company because bids are among the most complex documents a business produces. The same pattern works for any business that quotes, invoices, onboards people, or processes forms, from HVAC and home services to agencies, professional services, and franchise locations.

### What does Ops Desk need from us?

Access to the records it drafts from (things like your price book, past bids, contracts, and accounting system) and a named person to approve drafts. We set up exactly the permissions each workflow needs, nothing more.

### Does our data leave our environment?

It doesn't have to. Builds can run inside your environment. Ops Desk only reads the records each workflow needs, anything it writes back to your systems waits for approval, and your data is never used to train AI models.

### What systems does it work with?

Typically your email, accounting software, CRM, and shared drives. We confirm the exact connections during the Blueprint.

### What if it gets something wrong?

Anything it isn't sure about is flagged for a person instead of guessed. You can edit any draft before approving it, and every action is recorded in an audit log.

### How long does it take, and what does it cost?

Most builds are live in 8 weeks. It starts with a $2,500 Blueprint, credited toward your Launch, and the Launch price is fixed before work begins.
